    If you don’t have access to Diia, you can verify your identity through BankID. In this case, you will need to manually fill out the application and sign the document package using an electronic signature (EDS).

SIGN THE DOCUMENTS ONLINE
Verification via Diia allows you to skip additional signatures.

If you choose verification through BankID, you will need to sign the account opening document package using an electronic signature (EDS) for Ukrainian residents or a one-time password for non-residents.

Access the ICU Trade system
After opening the infrastructure (signing a general agreement and opening a securities account), you will get access to the ICU Trade trading system.

Transfer funds and invest via ICU Trade
After depositing funds to your investment account (online or via bank details), you will be able to purchase/sale government bonds via ICU Trade.

Receive coupons/payments
For residents:

After the state makes payments on your government bonds, you can reinvest the income or withdraw funds from ICU Trade to your bank account.

For non-residents*:

  • All FX payments will be sent straight to your bank account
  • All UAH payments will be converted into FX by ICU and then sent to you

*According to the current rules of the National Bank of Ukraine, you are able to transfer the accrued interest income received no earlier than 90 days after purchasing the securities. Meanwhile, all coupons/payments from your investments in bonds will be safely deposited to your ICU account and can be used for reinvestment or transferred to your bank account in Ukraine.
